7th SFSC | 7th International Symposium on Solar Fuels and Solar Cells
The scope of this symposium mainly focuses on two important research fields in solar energy conversion, i.e., solar fuels and
solar cells:
For Solar Fuels:
- Photocatalysts, electrocatalysts and photoelectrocatalysts for energetically uphill reactions, including water splitting, carbon dioxide reduction, nitrogen reduction and synthesis of high value-added chemicals.
- Homogeneous and heterogeneous catalytic systems/devices for solar fuels production.
- Function mimicking of natural photosynthesis for artificial photosynthesis.
- Artificial photosynthesis for synthetic fuels, food, drugs and environmental remediation.
- Development of key engineering technologies for large-scale solar fuels production, such as green hydrogen and green methanol.
- Advanced spectroscopic techniques in artificial photosynthesis research.
- New theories, mechanisms, methods and strategies for efficient solar energy conversion and storage.
For Solar Cells:
- Solar cells based on perovskites, organic/polymer semiconductors, silicon, quantum dots, etc.
- Flexible, semi-transparent, or tandem solar cells and their applications.
- Large-scale fabrication of solar cells and modules.
- Integration of photovoltaics and energy storage systems.
- Novel theories, materials, methods, and technologies for photovoltaics.
