1.How to pay
● By PayPal with USD via the Home Page ‘Registration’ after you have registered and logged in.
●By Bank Transfer with USD, please note "7SFSC + your name + your institution ". After remitting, please upload one of the proof, such as screenshot of the mobile bank transfer/online bank transfer screenshot/counter remittance document to the ‘Registration’ page,or send one of them to the email: wenxiaoquan@zhongkehuizhan.com

2.About Invoice
● The invoice will be provided after registration and payment are completed. Please log in ‘Registration’ and obtain the electronic invoice by yourself. The deadline is 2024-09-27.
3.Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend 7th SFSC after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to 7th SFSC Secretariat: sfsc@dicp.ac.cn.
●Cancellations until 24 July 2024: 50 USD for administrative costs
●Cancellations from 25 July to 24 August 2024: 70% of payment refund
●Cancellations from 25 August to 10 September 2024: 50% of payment refund
●Cancellations after 10 September 2024: no refund
Exclusions
●If you do not get your VISA, and you can prove it through documents, we will refund 100% of your fees (except 50 USD for administrative costs and banking fees for the refunding), should we receive the notification at least 30 days prior to the conference.
4.About Accompanying Person
● Each attending guest is limited to 2 accompanying personnel.
● Accompanying personnel only have partial participation rights such as chest cards and meal vouchers. If you need all participation rights such as conference materials, please register as a participant.
